No prob. People do it all the time. Was in the Air Force for over 21 years and sold many cars between states. Just sign the title over and get it notarized as many states do require out of state titles to be notarized.

Should be OK, in Texas, the tag stays with the car anyway. The new owner would have to register it in MD when they buy it, they will get new tags then.

just state to the buyer "car is sold as is" and let him deal with whether or not its ok. he should know if he lives there. and its not hard to notice the ugly texas plates. his bad if he doesnt research his state regs

Yes it's okay but you have to have the title from Texas.

yes -they will just need you to go to dmv with them to get it changed to a md title
