We've got a 20' ocean boat w/ a 130 HP Mercury Engine 1989. Both boat batteries keep dying, but we were able to still use the boat engine in the harbor for a while so I don't think it's the Alternator. Any ideas?

This would give the counter rotation for the twin engines .

I bought an old evenrude...it was only used for 4 years then place in storage till i bought it,...it loooks in perfect condition....i have ran it and it runs fine...however how much water should the water pump be putting out???the ezhuast and water come out the same whole...i dont know how it should look? any one else know????should i use my manual and dissasemble it to check the impeller or runnit...it has very few hours.

it is getting fire, and when you spray gas in the carburetor it will run but very rough.
