Hi guys, I am planning on being a ATP ( airline transport pilot). I will be able to fly airlines when i become an ATP. But what aviation college should i go to, to be a pilot? I thought about Embry Riddle, but i think its to expensive. Is there any other good colleges that gives good training to be a ATP. Thank you all.

Hi, I've traveled a few times from Mexico City to Washington flying by United Airlines and what I have enjoyed the most is the chance to listen to the live communication between the flight deck and the air traffic controllers, which was available on channel 9 in the aircraft's audio system. However, I recently visited United's website and this feature is no longer mentioned in the audio programming list (it seems the airline switched to XM Satellite Radio from a time on). Does anyone know if channel 9 is still available, even if not noted in the website?

.Can anyone tell me the ACTUAL top speed (not OFFICIAL) for the Lockheed SR-71 blackbird ?
I have only heard the official top speed no one has ever (that i know of ) give the Actual top speed. i know they go into the statosphere, and drip hydrogen. almost outerspace
