My brother and girlfriend have moved into a new flat that comes with a parking space. There has been a car parked in it since they moved in about 2 months ago and it has never been moved. There is no tax on the car and nothing to say it is off the road. They have asked neighbours and no-one seems to know who it belongs to. The police, letting agents and DVLA have all been contacted and no-one is interested. Why aren't the DVLA doing someting about this as there is no tax on it? Why is no-one else interested in helping them?

I was in a wreck yesterday and need to know what I should say in court. I was turning left and the light was green; there was a big SUV stopped. As I turned left (I went really slow to see if anything was in the lane next to him…and a car drilled me. The speed limit was 20 and they were easily going 40 – 45 mph. My car is totaled and we both walked away fine. I took pictures of the road to show her skid marks. She admitted she has been in several wrecks and on medication. Since I was the one that caused the wreck am I screwed?

After all you have to wear them in a car or aircraft and in view of the increase in speed of trains is it not safer in case of accident.

the train is 14 minutes late but not classed as late by central trains, recently in japan we travelled on the bullet train, if it is six seconds behind it is classed as late, 25 seconds behind they hold a enquiry, do you think central trains should recruit some japanese railway workers to sort out the problems

I have been told it needs changing every 40,000 but the garage I use have shown me a mechanic’s book which said it needs to be changed every 100,000. I’m really confused, as a Vauxhall dealer has told me it’s every 40,000. Can anyone help!!
