Ford Escort 1.4i help?

When engine running & airflow unit plugged in the engine runs even, When airflow unit unplugged it runs evenish. When the fan cuts in the head lights slightly flicker, when pressing the window switch the engine pitch changes, when releasing the window switch engine goes back to normal.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE

I am planning on buying a Hyundai Verna CRDI. I want to know if I can upgrade the tires to 190/65 R14s ?

Can Verna be fitted with R15s as well? Thanks.
