What are the conditions that make you eligible to claim for this sort of benefit?

I know it has something to do with how much you currently earn

Could someone explain??

How do you fill your tax forms in when you have 2 or more e-bay shops and other websites? The tax forms will ask for the name and nature of the business particularly when you register for self-employment. How do you sort out the tax returns? Many thanks in advance for any advice.

When I stayed at home to look after my kids, and therefore didn't pay tax, I didn't have to pay tax on the interest I earned on my current and savings accounts. I have now gone back to work. Now that I am a tax payer, how do I reverse this? Do I need to go to my bank or get some form from the tax office? Is there something I can fill out online? Really not sure what to do. Please help.

£125,000 - what can you buy with this before you have to pay 1%? This should be like £200K shouldn't it? Prices have gone up so much since the last re-rating.
Surely there should be a £1m+ stamp duty of say, I don't know, 5%?
