I have paid £50 for a (brand new) item that is damaged beyond repair .
EBay has definately done everything in its power to make it impossible to get my money back ,
I even have an email from the seller stating that the item is faulty and i should be refunded (he never answered again)
I agree it looks like a scam , but the link to the form comes from ebay customer services , I have 14 days to fill in the form, print it out and post it to ebay .
POST IT !
a company that deals with billions of online sales daily .
EBay thrives on fraud so why dont we all just sell an imaginary rolls royce they wont mind !

It was a Paypal transaction , I contacted paypal about the dispute and after first telling me that i had not opened a dispute , they then told me my last dispute was opened NEXT MONTH !?!
