he sade he works for citi bank and has your money but you have got to pay for it and than you can have it l have got a lot of emails from him and l am a australia l tryed to ring the citi bank but no good

my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.

I haven't seen it. But if it was legit, they wouldn't be asking you to pay something to get your own money. Don't bother trying to call the bank, just delete the email.
