I was wondering if people who do animal rescues on their own and not through an agency could deduct their spendings (vet bills, food, supplies, etc) on their taxes or are they eating all the costs?

I studied abroad in Spain for 6 months, I was told if I saved my receipts from groceries, supplies, etc. I could get the taxes I paid returned to me (up to a certain amount). I didn't have time at the airport to ask anybody because I didn't want to miss my flight. Is this something I shouldv'e done at the airport in Spain? Can I do it at the Spanish Embassy?

I'm a first time home owner and really need to move. I've owned the home for about a year, and am just learning about the capital gain tax. Trying to decide whether to try and stick it out one more year to avoid the tax. What are the percentages for short and long term capital gains, and which of the 2 will save me the most money? If I sell immediately the short term would apply, and if I wait a few months, the long term capital gain would apply.

I just got my first job, and I figured that if I work 28 hours a week, I could make $196 a week.

I'm trying to budget my money so that I can save up for a car, so I need to know what percents and stuff the government will take away from my paycheck.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks.
