Small Business - November 2006

i have good credit. i want to purchase a business that is up an running completely financing it. since sba loans are guarenteed i want to take a huge amount of money on a business and have the business itself pay it off. for example if there is a pizza restaurant for sale and the asking price is 75,000, i would take out a loan of 150,000 to buy the business and all the nesessary things i would need to run it. what ever i have left say, 40,000 dollars, i would pocket and let the business pay it off. assuming the business does good i walk away with a nice profit and a good business without investing a dime. since it is corportation if it does bad and goes out of business then my name wont be affected if it goes out of business. and i still walk out with all the money. am i missing something or is it just that easy

At 50 I can not come up with anything I want to do for a living!!!?
I am 50years old ,With a HS ed. I worked in the printing Industies all my life for large companys FUJI KODAK and went on to run my own small printing Bus. Well the printing has changed and most printers are now out of business and so am , thanks to changing tech & the internet. I went out and started my own Handyman Business two years ago and have did just ok (days pay at best) I am very board with being a handyman and find it a real step down. I went to find a new path that I can get a passion for like I did for printing. I am a smart guy but this one has me stumped!!!!!. I cant land a job and know I must work for my self if I have any Hope of making Money. What Can I do HELP !!!!!!!!
I am lookin for a passion in my work + I need some good incone for the next 10 years. I am so so Depressed!!!!!!

I have knowledge in electronics, computers, art, music, or food-related. Those are the industries I would probably have a good feel for. I don't know where to begin looking for a wholesaler or distributor. I would be starting very small, less than $1000 inventory. I will be selling online. When you do google searches most of the stuff you find is bull$hit to ensnare people into get-rich-quick-schemes.

If you have experience buying wholesale and selling retail online, I would appreciate input.
