I would like to start the businuss in NY. I want to know how to start and what's the necessary paper works involve on this? and how to find a good lawyers, insurance,etc. I need all the details without any miss. Anybody answer..Much appriciated.

You need to get a business license. Depending on what type of business it is there may be more licensure that you need to get. For instance if you were starting a cleaning business you would need to get licensed and bonded. If you were going to start an accounting firm you would need a CPA license. I hope this helps.

Call the Chamber of Commerce in the town you want to start the business and they will guide you to all the necessary places you need to go. Be prepared for a rigorous effort in accomplishing business in NY.

Look up the Consumer Affairs department on the state web site. They will give you all of the information. It's ther online.
