I have a landscaping business and am planning on merging with another landscaping business in ohio .. What paperwork is involved in doing this also anyone have any creative names...My company is named Zak's and his is Burns... Thanks

You have to get cooperation papers from the state. What is wrong with Zaks & Burns Landscaping, or Burns & Zaks Landscaping. Good Luck

I would check into a limited partnership-perhaps they overlap,but what about a corp?too- To protect your personal assets from any work stuff....Do some searching on the net and with all the software programs for business plans,taxes etc. I bet there are some for that so everything is right- then you could maybe just get it notorized?
