And it seems random.

Our business doesn't have a mail receptacle and they bring the mail in.

In other states, California, Texas and Washington come to mind, they will not deliver stamped mail to the business address, they return the mail to me, and don't even tell me what P.O. Box to use.

And yet, junk mail will find its way to me no matter how it is addressed.

I currently hold a postion where I have to make collection calls to mortgage companies. I have some experience with collections from my past jobs but this one involves more collection work.

I've have several ways I've sent them invoices such as: faxed letters, phone calls, and e-mails.

In your personal opinion, what method would make you respond the best? I do not plan to be abrasive to people, but we want to be paid. What can I do maintain professionalism and still inquire about the invoice? Tell me your experiences or methods.

Thank you for your time!

I recieved an email from them today to join their business. It doesn't state how much the monthly web site cost is and how much the start up fee is. Has anyone done this before? This is a vitamin company.

I have all my preferences checked off correctly in my Paypal email preferences profile.

I am suposed to get an email notification EVERY time a payment comes. However this past week and at other times, I have been getting only SOME notices... but not ALL of them :(

Just yesterday alone 2 out of 4 payments didn't send payment notices to my email. I emailed Paypal about it and they told me to check my profile preferences (duhhh) but they ARE SET correctly. :)

So I am wondering if any of YOU are having similar Paypal glitches with your email notifications. If so... how are you fixing it?

Thanks for your time :)
