i ask my customers if i can take photos. before & after when the work is finished i hand them a questionaire in it is a part asking if i can take photos for my portfolio they tick box yes and sign it.

I am a builder and have a lot of work , it happens all the time people want me to do a job as quick as possible and then when it comes to paying some take for ever. I always check work is carried out to a high standard and get lots of recomendations what can i do to get clients to pay on time ?? ps only suggestions that are legal please.

I would like to know how you make an internet business a LEGAL internet business. Also, there are things such as trademarks and copyrights. Who needs those things and who does not? I am pretty much a newbie to all this and never actually started a legal internet business. If you have a legal internet business or know someone who does that would definitely help out.

I am interested in finding out a few things about opening a candy shop.
