i ask my customers if i can take photos. before & after when the work is finished i hand them a questionaire in it is a part asking if i can take photos for my portfolio they tick box yes and sign it.

Have your lawyer send them a cease and desist order. If they don't desist sue for copyright infringment.

If youre asking that someone is using your work to advertise their services (im guessing youre an artist or an interior decorator) then you can report it to the police that they are falsely advertising themselves with your work.

If that isnt what youre asking then im a bit stumped...

yeah you need to speak to your solicitor. either that or someone has nicked your van!
