in some states yes.

Generally, if you pay the rent, this shouldn't be a problem.

If your rent is not up to date he can put a lock out on the door until you are paid up and he can keep the posessions inside. If you don't pay he can auction off the contents and get his rent.

yes they can if you haven't paid rent or they have a good reason. You have a right to your belonging but that is their property, and if you didn't give them there money after soo long then they will change the locks on you.

You don't say where you are located. Every state requires legal proceedings, including notice before a commercial tenant can be evicted.

It depends on what you mean by a commercial building - but when you do not pay your rent on time he/she has the right to restrict your access!@

depends on the terms of your lease or contract.

if you haven't paid rent or have violated your agreement in any way, then they can lock you out.

i would consult your agreement and also an attorney.

yes but normally they will wait a while . if you can't run your business you can't make money therefore they can't get paid . if you have been locked out odds are they are hoping you move out or it will go to auction
