J am working this for 5 years.Other company is trying to put me away saying to my employees that they are better,with more equipment,and they dont choose the words to make me smaller than they are.J am working good,and with my group we are doing everything to fix our job perfect.But we dont want to get in this fight with other company.How to act when they are acting against us.We dont want to loose time on this stupid things,but we want only to work.How to make our employees sure that other company is not telling the tryth.Open conversation,with work or something else.Thanks...

Ok people heres my problem I have been designing a new product and i'm not able to get it off the ground for the fallowing reasons
1 ex wife screwed up credit so bad getting financial help is not there
2. my current job is paying just enough to cover the bills being a single dad raising two kids ain't cheap.
I have enough time to build the prototypes my problem is money resources to get it off the ground.I been throwing my idea out there to businesses and people that would benifit from this product and i'm getting very strong feedback even calls asking when they can see and get one. I only need to get 6 k to get this thing off the ground and going any ideas on how to raise or get the capital to do so.
with all the checking i've done the last 3 months there is nothing out there like this and i'm geting about 10-15 calls a week asking when it can be ready so I know i'm on to something good.....

I run a small retail shop and bank online but I have to have an account with a high street bank (Nat West) to obtain change for the till. They charge a percentage for all the change we buy and also there is a monthly "Account Maintainance Fee". At the end of the year these charges mount up to quite a lot.

Is there anywhere I could get change without payng so much?

On his contract it states"any monies over & above will be written up & added to the org. contract." He never did so.He never wroteup anything else stated he needed more $.Before he finish I had a meeting with him saying we can only pay what's according to his contract and before he left he said he understood. He has finished the work.I told him I will not pay any more. We are not talking about a couple $,it's more in the thousands.What should I do?

I would like to start a small business printing invitations, newsletters,brochures but I have no idea on where or how to get this kind of business printer,also how do I buy the supplies,cartridges etc for wholesale prices. I am wanting to start a business with my mother, and I don't want to go into much detail for obvious reasons, but it is a wonderful idea centered around children and mother nature (organic methods of life). Where would I start for planning the business and to get a loan or grant to help with the upstart? Please, only people who truly know this process!! I am very serious, and I am afraid that if we wait too long it will be too late.
