It's a very small bar in a town with a population of 291. However, it's the only bar in the area. We live in rural Nebraska. The idea is to buy the bar and generatre revenue in our local area. The downfall is we have bad credit. So I'm not sure if there is a chance unless we do a lease to buy contract. And I'm not sure if that is a good idea or not. Does anyone have any experience in this area?

I want to set up an affiliate website with amazon.com selling coffee grinders, makers, presses, etc. I read amazon's policies and what their affiliate program is about. However, they did not state their requirements about how a website should be structured. I believe they said that I'll find this out after I've registered. When I tried registering, they required that I already have a website up and running, not just an address or something that's under construction. I'm in a loop. How will I be able to build my site if I don't know whether it will comply with amazon's rules?

I know there are shortcuts, like buying a pre-made templates / website from companies who do this type of stuff, and all you need to do is add products. But I want to do this on my own, i.e. build web pages (which I know how to) and publish the site myself, and not hire these companies. I need help on getting around the amazon.com mystery loop. How should I set up my pages to comply with amazon's requirements?

I have decided to add wedding invitations as a service in my Wedding Programs business (some people have suggested that it would be a good idea to include that service as well) and wanted to know where I could find the type of ink that printer use for that sort of thing.

I believe that that ink is a special type and not your ordinary ink from Office Depot.

Thanks
Lucia

I have a small beer and wine tavern in a small but growing town, I just need some ideas to help it stand on its own. I have painted, cleaned, brought in new lights and mirrors, kepted the prices as low as possible, ran specials, put ads in the papers, I have just ran out of ideas.

Everything would look fashionable, but clearly refurbished. many of the "fixes" will be ingenuitive and inexpensive--but everything will be painted over to look good. Also, i would buy new cushions to attach to sitting furniture, so that everything is comfortable. People can also bring in their broken stuff to be fixed.
Target audience: College campuses
Sample price:
$20/chair
$40/table
$50/sofa

Okay this problem is related to my dad's office. He has this 25-year old typewriter, a 10 year-old digital word-processor lying around the main desks of his office. I asked him to get rid of them and use the space for something better instead and He justified it by saying that those typewriters are a way of showing the new clients that we are not a new company but old and trusty.
Is that a good idea?
