I am the managing member of a LLC business in Missouri, treated as partnership for tax purpose. Is there any paperwork that the members need to do or a formality that needs to be completed so that I can start getting guaranteed payment for my services?
Thanks,

Good evening sir / madam,

This is a warning to the public from the met, interpol and trading standards in the UK to avoid dealing with a company by the name of paypal, as we have received a number of compalints relating to fraudulent trading by this company, invloving the illegal and inapproriate freezings of its clients accounts, theft from clients, etc.

If you happen to be outside their offices one day and you see a member of their staff, please do not approacfh personally, although they are not considered likely to be armed or dangerous, but you may be alerting them to the fact we are investigating them. We are already aware and theres no need for any further action, other than not to use their services, as theres a real risk you could fall victim to them. Whilst it may be true that they do have happy clients who had no problems, there are others who are not in that fortunate position, its just a bit dodgy

I'm tired of the same old thing day in and day out. I'd love to live life to the fullest by launching out and starting my own business. I'm a very creative person when it comes to planning and decorating. I'd like to open an all occassion planning/consulting business along with a creative gift shop. Can anyone give me some pointers? For example, what should I do first, etc. I already know that I will have to work extra hard, as I am now a single mother of 3 young children (divorce almost final), but I am determined to make it. I've recently cut back on my hours at work due to wanting time to plan for my own business. I've been reading up on grants but I'm just not sure if I'd be able to get one if I'm not a non-profit organization. Anyone know anything about grants? That would be helpful. I have a business degree with a concentration in marketing and I'm artistic and crafty with lots of ideas. Any suggestions, ideas, answers or words of encouragement are very appreciated.

I'm tired of 8-5. I want to get something started, like for instance running errands for people. Like, grocery store, medical appointments, anywhere someone may need to go, something like that. I want to turn it into a business. Will you please help me put together a flyer, to where it will catch the peoples attention. Does this sound like something good to get into? Help Me Please.

I am in a young entrepeneurs class and my teachers and backers are very excited about the idea. The research tells me that I could make a large profit if I make the proper connections. If there are any truck drivers out there that have some input I would be glad to hear it. The services I will offer will be wash wax polish and interior detailing. All people like to live and work in a clean enviroment but not all people pick up after themselves or take care of there stuff. and there are some that do take care of there trucks and just want that new vehical smell and look back.

I'm not planning on starting a business or anything. However, I am wondering how you go about buying bulk to get massive discounts. Not that I want to do it, but if I ever get ambitious, sounds like an interesting idea.

My business is simple enough. Ads online for just starting at one dollar. No Credit cards are required or anything, how do I let people know about such a good deal? Personal ads can be submitted with as much personal info as you want to put there. We have a scanner and such. Even people with out the Internet can use this.

Is it because it is a . biz site that people dont trust it. All I wanna do is help people out by making something cheaper. Putting an ad in the news paper is not going to be a dollar. At the most 5 bucks should cover it.

If you have any suggestions on how to make this work better and get the word out on it, please fill me in....
