I am the managing member of a LLC business in Missouri, treated as partnership for tax purpose. Is there any paperwork that the members need to do or a formality that needs to be completed so that I can start getting guaranteed payment for my services?
Thanks,

Well, what's in your Operating Agreement? Does it give you the right to draw a salary or a management fee?

That is a vague question but what I do is have them sign before work is performed AND after the work is done as well
because of the 2 Signatures if they do NOT pay or if the check is bad here in the state of GA that is called
theft of services and / or theft by conversion
I am "batting" a 1.000 on all my invoices and I have billed thousands
of people and businesses
