J am working this for 5 years.Other company is trying to put me away saying to my employees that they are better,with more equipment,and they dont choose the words to make me smaller than they are.J am working good,and with my group we are doing everything to fix our job perfect.But we dont want to get in this fight with other company.How to act when they are acting against us.We dont want to loose time on this stupid things,but we want only to work.How to make our employees sure that other company is not telling the tryth.Open conversation,with work or something else.Thanks...

Start by calling a general meeting of your employees. Explain the situation and ask what they have heard. Be prepared to answer all of their questions and respond to the other company's allegation.

If handled correctly, not only will you keep your employees, but you will find that the employees will be MORE loyal... Open communication usually makes the employees feel more valued and more "part of the team".
