I really could use a loan to pay off some bills and to furnish my home. I'm thinking 5,000 max. I have bad credit though and my fiance has just started building credit. Where and how can I get a loan? Thanks! :o)

I want to take out a $10,000 loan and I want to see if the credit card deal is better for overall savings. It's a lower rate than the home equity loan, but will the higher APR of the Home Equity loan paired with the tax breaks be better than a lower credit card(i.e. non-deductible interest) loan?

Someone said on here the easiest why they learned with was taking an equal precentage of the paychecks to put towards bills. How do I figure that out? Some weeks are different than others on pay and hours worked.

My husband is on disability. He is on dialysis. Many other health issues. My question is this everything he gets is gauged on my monthly paycheck. If I have off he gets more money. What I dont understand is that I work steadily yet they overestimate my pay? I dont understand how this is being that they see the same money month to month? Is this normal for government to do this? PLEASE any help.

I have a few checking and savings accounts. I have a Roth and other investment accounts. I have college savings funds for my kids since they were babies, I have my new car almost paid off. I am in the process of buying a new house. My husband and I are almost legally divorced and I am getting a steady income from my business the business I created and continue to a sales generator for. I am by no means Rich, but It's not like I need anything. In a way, I kind of feel like it giving it away, like to ione of my brothers, or parents. But my parents are well off. Hmmm. what to do? It's burning a hole in my pocket!

people make mistakes forget they bought something etc. is there a bank that doesnt take advantage of minimum wage people who accidentally go $.30 over then make a deposit of say tip money not knowing they over drafted? Then try to pay some bills with the money they thought that they had, but the 60 dollars they deposited means they have 25-30. then say they paid 50 dollars worth of bills that ends up costing them 80-110. it seems a little outragous. Interest on the overdrafted amount or a smaller overdraft fee seem like a good idea.

I am buying a house and will go to settlement on 7/16. Question....I have been buying some furniture and other items on my credit card over the past few weeks. I haven't spent a ton of money, maybe $3,000-3,500 or so on the credit card. Question - do they check your credit again before settlement? This won't affect my credit, will it? All of these large purchases before I go to settlement? Thanks for any insight.

I need an account to put away money that can not be touched by the goverment. Where they can't touch it if I file BK or owe the IRS or state.

I need an account can not be touched, is there any such accounts? Or at the end will I have to open one in my son's name?

Ok, i know this is a really vague question, but here's the deal:
I'm 14, and am currently working at a fireworks stand like i normally do every year. I'm going to get about $600 when i'm done. I don't have any bills to pay or nothing like that, and i want to spend the money on one or two good things.

I was wondering if anyone knew some kind of site where i can find cool stuff to buy, or at least ideas, because i have NO idea what i would do with it. I wanna spend it when i get it, because everytime i try to save or hold on to money i end up blowing it by buying lunch for like 10 friends or random crap i see in walmart.
Thanks for any help
