instead of taking out a loan to cover your debts and to buy new furniture and take on more debt, try taking a second job instead. You can use that money to pay down your current debts starting from the smallest to largest debt. Then save up money and pay cash for furniture - even if you have to buy one piece at a time. You won't need credit if you can pay cash.

Good answers. On the other side, some places, if you have a job you can get credit, but the last I heard you pay it back six times over 30 years at the amount on the payment schedule. I'd rather eat in a soup kitchen. There is nothing like freedom. After being a slave for a while you'll know what I mean. Wisdom is to look down the road real hard. Good conscience, no debt. I wish I had that right now. Prices are high enough. Do you really want to pay twenty nine thousand four hundred and ninety four dollars and ninety cents over thirty years at ninety five dollars and fifty two cents a month for five thousand dollars? And if you don't have money now, you won't in the future either, trust me. A sense of lack always has it's way and repeats itself, if that makes any sense. It's a subconscious thing. And if you marry someone who wants to pay twenty two point nine percent interest for everything, you go down the tubes fast. Alternatively if they don't you argue all the time. Sometimes it's smart not to marry someone with debt and sometimes they don't tell you up front. How nice would that be.

You can get on Craigslist to find items to furnish your home a lot cheaper than you would get at any store.
If you have bad credit, you probably aren't paying back loans you've gotten from other people so why should anyone loan you money? If you want to improve your credit, then borrowing more won't likely help you either.
Cut back on your spending and put everything you can towards your existing debts. Borrowing at loan-shark rates from PayDay loan places only digs you in that much further. If you pay off your existing creditors, you will find that your credit will take care of itself.
If your credit has errors on it, as many people do, then you should get those errors corrected as well so that they don't cause you additional problems as you improve your credit. You can check your credit for free from the following website once a year:

To furnish the house, you maybe able to get a loan via the furniture store. Consolidating debt is going to be more difficult. With bad credit, your interest rate could actually go off.
Good luck

There are plenty of places that offer loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.
Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.
