I have wasted my money on finding a company to help me get a Federal Grant. Does anyone know how I can get into a company that really works and can be trusted. Anyone out there get a Federal Grant?

My mother had a savings account set up for my step-aunt to pay into each month. she made one payment and hasn't made one since. the only problem is that it was a verbal agreement and there's nothing in writting except the check my mother wrote her and the savings account that was set up.

I want to have a savings account but I dont know which one to get. What would you guys recommend is the best out there? Also who has a good credit card offer out there? And how about CD's, i just heard of them, what would be a good one.

Should I increase my contribution to my 403B? Should I increase my contribution to my savings account or should I just spend it on my bills?

My brother needs to move from MI to AZ so he can be near his children. He has just gone through divorce and bankruptcy and has a hard time with budgeting. (Especially now that child support is in the mix.) Is there such a thing as a "personal banker" who could pretty much help him budget for an apartment (and such) if he makes this move to AZ? If so, what is the proper term for a person like that so we can search better? We need to do better searches and find out how much a person like that would cost.

we have about 12000 in credit card debt, on one card, and about 21000 in student loans. we want out of debt. where should we consolidate our loans (at which bank) and what is a good interest rate. i don't want to accept one that sounds good but it turns out to be higher than necessary. i want a fixed rate. thank you for your answers.

I checked my account and saw that my balance was $300 higher than it should have been. It was late so I decided to look into it in the morning. Eight hours or so later, I check the account and discover $600 has disappeared overnight. So instead of being ahead 300 I was then down 300 and in the negative. Only 300 of the 600 could be accounted for in charges. When I called to question the bank, they told me that the intial incorrect balance was wrong, and they don't know why. There has been no explanation as to what has happened to the missing money, and there are simply no charges to account for it. Do you think somebody has manipulated the computer system to make money disappear from my account? I cannot figure out what has happened.
