I checked my account and saw that my balance was $300 higher than it should have been. It was late so I decided to look into it in the morning. Eight hours or so later, I check the account and discover $600 has disappeared overnight. So instead of being ahead 300 I was then down 300 and in the negative. Only 300 of the 600 could be accounted for in charges. When I called to question the bank, they told me that the intial incorrect balance was wrong, and they don't know why. There has been no explanation as to what has happened to the missing money, and there are simply no charges to account for it. Do you think somebody has manipulated the computer system to make money disappear from my account? I cannot figure out what has happened.

The banks have so many regulations its not somebody in the bank. Sure tellers steal money, but we always catch them and prosecute them.

We were missing 700 from an account and we couldnt figure out why. The lady came in and was pissed, rightfully so. I made everybody that worked or looked at that account say in the bank until we figured it out. They figured it out around midnight. Somebody hit the wrong button.

This is what you do, you walk into your branch and only talk to the manager. Dont call somebody that might not even live in this country for customer service.

I didnt care if it was 20 dollars or 10,000 I always fixed it. Well if it was 20 I just added that back to your account without question, it takes too long.

Good Luck, and feel free to print this and give it to your branch manager as say, what he said.

Don't be satisfied with a phone response like that. They are responsibleofr your account and can do electronic queries that identify every transaction. Go to the bank and ask to see someone from customer service. If you don't get a satisfactory explantion, as to see the bank manager or president.

Call your Bank & demand an Explaination. Tell them your continuing "business" with them- DEPENDS on it. If they STILL don't comply - move to a new a new Bank
