I received an inheritance, with the money I got a house and had it in someone elses name. We opened an account together and I have records of the transactions, I was only to owe 75,000 on the home and then he tried to make me leave. Is there any way I can sue him for taking all of the money I had put down on the house?

Whyyyyy would you get a house and put it in some one elses name ?
That is just asking to get robbed !
May as well just go to an ATM on derelict row in the middle of the night , and yell " I just drew out lots of cash " .
You can sue but you better have total records and be able to prove it was not a gift .
They will claim it was a gift .

Get some help from a mature professional NOW , as your previous decision indicates you have serious money management problems .

Yes, you can sue. It's up to the judge to decide whether your records prove your case. In the future don't put your house in someone else's name. Good luck!
