I figure that if the person is married, their spouse becomes resposible for paying any debts left behind, but what happens if this person is unmarried? Do their children inherit the debt? Do the companies simply consider the money lost forever?

I purchased my home a yr and half ago and I have a payoption arm loan. My payment are 3 times more than when we 1st purchased it and the rate has gone up to 7.65%. I'm trying to refinance and get my payment down, and the broker suggest the best way to go is a 30yr interest only loan in which I can pay more each month for the principal. Loan amount is for 430,000 with interest at 6.50%.

I bank with Natwest and got the loan from them to. I have about £500c in bank at the moment and a £2.5k overdraft limit. I dont know if it would be cheaper for me to get a larger overdraft limit and always try and keep it in credit to pay off my loan with what I can?

All I seem to hear now is people saying that MLMs are nothing but scams and yet I am fairly sure that the scheme that gives me £7500 a month is an MLM scheme.

If I am right, an MLM is a scheme where you get paid a certain amount to get other people to join who get others to join etc.

The team I am on works like this and I think that it works like a dream. I mean, I know that the company makes a lot from it (or rather, Children in Need does from this particular company) but if I am making a lot as well, it surely can't be a scam. If it were a scam, wouldn't I be losing money and not gaining anything?

So either I have the definition of MLM wrong, people are wrong about MLMs, or I got lucky and picked the right MLM first time. Which do you think it is?

I'm 34 and was planning on getting a house next year. My credit card debt also happens to be 5,000. I have a good job, no kids, but do take care of my mom finantially. What should I use the money for? house? debt? something else? I'm thinking if I pay down debt I might get a better credit score but no money for downpayment. Also, should I wait until next year to cash it? - for tax purposes

I am a 16 year old highschool student with no credit card, bank account or anything of that manner. I will entering the "adult" world in a few years and I'd really like some tips on having great credit from more experienced individuals. What should my goals be? How can I keep and maintain good credit? What are some of the best choices in investing? Please tell me anything you can because a lot of this money saving information is very confusing when read on the internet, I'd like a more personal response from someone with experience. Thanx!
