Are you anywhere near a Simon Properties Mall? They have a great one that charges only $1.50 for the card regardless of the amount you put on it. It's a debit card good anywhere.
Oh I just saw you can buy on line too. There is a "gift account" or an on-line shopping card. These are awesome!
