Lets say someone has a cash business or receives cash payments for services rendered. Do they just mark on their taxes that they receive extra cash, then they can put it in a bank or wherever; or is it more complicated than that? We are talking amounts in excess of $10,000.

I receive 1384.00 monthly.

I have 1 visa credit card at 5,900.00 balance.

I have a best buy bill for 600.00.

And a monthly car payment of 360.00

(Both bills which i receieve once monthly)

I want to put some towards the credit card but have enough left over to last me the month to where i wont have to use it as much, and to my best buy bill, and my car of course. How much should i put toward each in order to have enough left over to last me and my 2 kids during the month? Any advice would help

My grandmother's name is the only name on the title. However, my mother's siblings want her to sign a quitclaim deed giving the house to a younger brother for $1. They have sent her the deed from an attorney and a title company to sign. She refuses. Instead, she wants to have the brother buy the house, and have the monies distributed to the other siblings. Does this need to go through probate? What will happen if she doesn't sign? All of the other siblings have already signed the quitclaim deed. The brother is living in the house and is paying the mortgage.

My grandmother recently passed away with no will. My mother's siblings have all signed over a quitclaim deed transfering the house over to the youngest brother for $1. My mom doesn't want to sign the deed. Instead, she wants the youngest brother to buy the house, and divide the monies equally between all of the siblings. What happens if my mom doesn't sign the deed? Can her brother continue to stay in the house and pay the remainder of the mortgage left on the house? None of the siblings have the money to take this to court. What will be the probable outcome?

I was paying the tuition fee and the cashier entered my card numbers and accidently put it as a debit (it's actually a credit card). She cancelled it and did it again, this time as a credit. Everything was fine until last week I found out that the bank has charged me twice for that transaction. I called them and they said it was because the cashier enterred my numbers twice. what should I do
