do they teach you kids anything in school now a days? That's the problem with today's society. Kids can do anything on their mom's PC, but they still have to ask people to do a simple math formula for them.

I think its 420,000.

1% of 1,000,000 is 10,000.
1% of 14,000,000 is 140,000.
3% of 14,000,000 is 420,000.
