This is my first time to undergo credit repair and I am having assistance from the ECR Team. Basically they want to aid me in rebuilding my credit on my own, Im just afraid of their term "legally"...can you say something about what you think of their service http://www.ezcreditrepairsolutions.com
or suggest a resource for me.

thanks

i traded my car in and i owed 5,000. this amount was added on to my loan for my new truck back in 2004. i would think the credit union would still be able to refinance my suv. this was all done over the phone i never actually talked to the loan officer. one lady said i would have to pay the 6000 before i could get it refinanced.

I live in Spring, Texas and the cheapest I have found so far is $1.93 on Aldine Westfield and Louetta. What are you paying for a gallon of gas? And do you think around the Holidays gas prices will go up?

For four, nearly five, years my wife and I were told by our bank that they would help us when we decided that the time was right to consolidate all our finances. They were aware of our circumstances, which most people would class as very lucky, but at the last minute they decided against it and made demand for repayment of overdrafts, loans etc which, of course, they had been delighted to throw at us up to that point. They even gave us an extra £1000 on our overdraft when I told them I had lost my job - 'just to get you through christmas'. Subsequently our credit rating, which was perfectly healthy up to then, is now shocking. We need to raise £100,000 for a short 6 to 9 month period. This would be fully secured and even repayment can be guaranteed. Has anyone got any sensible ideas?

I don't know what to do or where to go for money. I can't ask my grandma or my brother because I just borrowed money from them. My dad probably won't have any. I'm 2 hours away from home and have only recieved one pay check so far at my new job. Plus I have a million bills coming up. Being a grown up sucks. I hate this.

Okay...Here it is...I have never used truth syrum but I think I sure need to...By this point I'll take on any suggestions...

Well...If someone can take out an insurance policy on you...Can you go and get a credit report on someone else?...

Say for instance...You are getting married and you want to know what the other's problems are before you marry them and sign something with them later on and get into debt with them!!!...Can you get a credit report on them ahead of time to know what is going to happen???...

*Note*:Truth syrum not for fiance...It's for someone else...

But seriously...Can you do that?...Is it legal to do so and how the heck can I go about doing it?...

One more thing...I'm kind of cheating on the question thing here...lol...

Can someone just call up and work for the govt and use their authority to spy on their son's wife's money account in action?...I know they cant do it w/o getting in trouble...But it is possible right to look at someone's acct acts?

I mean good job, a retirement plan (for his sake and my peace of mind )virtually no debt, mortgage is fine, no such responsibilities such as child or spousal support, family member who take advantage of him, and the such.
I am traditional in the sense that I expect the man to be able to provide financially for the family -- not that I would not work but that he is able in case I become a mother I would like to feel secure in the sense that he could provide for me if I decide to stop working for a few months to nurture my baby.

I have been filling out all kinds of loan apps some are denied or some will say that I will be getting a call from them. I received a call yesterday from a place in Sarasota, Florida called Fairmont Investment Group (they have a website and everything). They had all of my information in front of them and they told me that I qualify for this $5,000 loan. I'm like great! They faxed me what they call a legal binding contract and before I get my loan I have to send them the first 6 payments (actually what they do is search for lenders that are willing to work with me). Anyways I have to send them $467.14 before I get my loan. Does this sound right to you? Anyone ever hear of this company? What do ya'll think? They told me that the money is for collateral b/c of bad credit and will be applied to the pay-back of my loan anyways. They told me that they would fax me a written note saying that I would get my money back if by chance I didn't get the loan as well as I could take them to court.

Gave 75,000.00 a year for the last 10 years to one person. Gave 90,000.00 to one person last year. Gave 36,000.00 to one person every year for the last 5 years. Have never filed gift tax. How do you calculate percentage wise and how much would I owe the IRS now?

does anyone bank at huntington banks and had problems with unusual amount of over drafts

2006-09-26 13:37:58 · 4 answers · asked by hickykitten 2

Is this legal? My bank rearranges things after the fact. On Sunday, for instance, they'll have posted transactions in a certain order with Monday's date. On Monday evening, they'll rearrange the transactions in order from largest $$ to smallest amount. This way, if the account goes below zero, they can potentially charge back the customer many overdraft fees, instead of processing the large transaction last, and only charging one overdraft fee.
