Okay...Here it is...I have never used truth syrum but I think I sure need to...By this point I'll take on any suggestions...
Well...If someone can take out an insurance policy on you...Can you go and get a credit report on someone else?...
Say for instance...You are getting married and you want to know what the other's problems are before you marry them and sign something with them later on and get into debt with them!!!...Can you get a credit report on them ahead of time to know what is going to happen???...
*Note*:Truth syrum not for fiance...It's for someone else...
But seriously...Can you do that?...Is it legal to do so and how the heck can I go about doing it?...
One more thing...I'm kind of cheating on the question thing here...lol...
Can someone just call up and work for the govt and use their authority to spy on their son's wife's money account in action?...I know they cant do it w/o getting in trouble...But it is possible right to look at someone's acct acts?

OK...Fiance not the prbolem...Love is not an isssue here or trust in this relationship...AND I AM NOT CRAZY...
I am not going to do anything illegal...I am asking a question...
Again...it is not me...my fiance...or the love issue or trust...I can't tell it all on here cause there is no more space for the whole story...Just know that it is not either of us or love or trust issues...We are so fine in those...Believe me...It has something to do with the M-I-L...Again...Can't tell whole story...Too long...

You can't pull someone else's credit report. He can request his and let you look at it.. if he doesn't then something is wrong.. and you should sign a prenuptial.
You can't spy on people's money accounts legally. There are ways.. but I don't think I want to tell you because I think it's for no good!

Uhhhh, I don't think they can take out a life insurance policy on you until after you are married, I think? hmmmm, sounds like if this person is having this much trouble with trusting this person before marriage, then maybe getting married isn't the right decision right now? If you love someone, their bank account shouldn't be the main thing you are obsessed about. And, secondly, if it is "true love" then an honest discussion should take place between the two, about money problems, if the person can't be trusted to tell the truth about these aspects in their life, then don't expect it to get any better down the road.

If I were you I would hire a private investigator. Some of the information that you are trying to get can be legally obtained, but some can't.
A private investigator would be able to tell you what can be legally obtained (credit info) and what can't (bank account details).
I wouldn't recommend calling somewhere and misrepresenting yourself. You could land in jail for doing so.

You can do a background check on anyone but you'll probably have to pay for it. I suppose if you have the person's credit card numbers and SSN you could obtain their credit report online.
The only way you can get the government involved is if you report them for fraud (for example, report tax fraud to the IRS) but they would do the investigation, not just hand over the records to you, and the fallout could include family members ...

maybe marrying him isn't such a good idea, and his mom sounds like she wants to pry into your life.
