If you default on a payday loan, because something happened and you are unable to pay. Could I be charged with bad checks, when I didn't actually write a check for the payday loan. Charge by DA for bad check?

I am really hopeless in saving any money. Any cash I see lying around the house or jangling in my purse I have to spend it.. even if its on total rubbish! why? I would be grateful if you can you give me sme decent answers and help me save? I'm really skint!

It seems whenever you kinda catch up a bit, something happens and drags you back sometimes even further in debt. Also it seems very hard to save for any period of time, let alone retirement. It's enough just to get by and keep paying the bills.

Does anyone know where I can trade in used dvd's for money? Places other than e-bay? I have 2 dvd's that i don't want and 1 has onli been watched 1 time and da otha one has onli been watched like 3 times and I don't wanna give them away 4 free I want money 4 them.If anyone knows anywhere I can do it please let me know.

Someone I know got a student loan out to go on his honeymoon and nobody ever knew. Do you think I could do this to get a car since I get paid under the table? Whats the difference between a student loan opposed to a car loan.. do they give you more time to pay it off with less interest?

However, my bank account in under the name given to me at birth. I know that the bank won't accept the check, since the names don't match. Do you think they'll accept it if I bring in a piece of mail addressed to my nickname, with the same home address? I hope I make sense :(

ive got a big project and my question is : for each of the accounts listed bellow you must explain: what the account will be used for; whether you would earn or pay intrest on that account, and approximatelly what is the current intrest rate on that sort of account.; what are some of the advantages of having that account.; what sort of fees or charges their may be on that account.; and what might be some of the disadvantages of that account.

I have come to an agreement of a settlement with a company I owe money to, not for full amount. They want to say on my credit report once I pay them the settled amout: "Paid in full, but did not pay full amount". Is this legal?
This is like they get paid AND they get to still give me a black mark on my credit report.....
