I have founded a small group of volunteers in Mexico. We are currently working on helping horses with food and medical care in a small club. Can I ask US companies for sponsorship even though I am not registered as a company or non-profit organization? In the long-term, I will make the necessary steps to be registered but right now, we are writing to companies to get their help. Thanks for your help!

I had made a complaint to the BBB against a vacation package company in which I made a 30 day prior reservation and at the last minute they cancelled it ( and I had paid a for my airline tickets already because my package did not offer it). This is being the second week of the month before the date.

Since I faxed the company a letter explaining why I cancelled (and also the BBB), they decided to cover their tracks a week before I was supposed to go on vacation (yesterday) by saying that my reservation was ready and that they sent it to my email!! That was so low!

When they told me my reservation was cancelled a few weeks ago I even talked to the claims dept. in which they specified I was wrong because they told me I didn't qualify to recieve the reservations at that certain hotel because of my age?!
Any how, how can I get the company from getting away with this "sleezy move" and letting them know that I want them to leave me alone without sounding as pissed off as I'am!

I was wondering why factories that literally make money dont just make heaps and heaps of it so there is no poverty in the world??? Someone living in another country, Canada, or Europe typically, wants to hire US Citizens, via e-mail, to collect and cash checks written for thier goods or services by people here in the USA. The writer claims it cost more money for them to cash USchecks abroad than it does for them to hire a US citizen to do so for them. If they deposit the checks, they have to wait from 30-9- days For this service the employee would get a percentage of each check cashed. Whats the real deal?

my current employer is a big company i work at a call center and there is a lot of favortism by supervisors head of supervisors and i get paid on diferential that is we have a base pay of minimum wage plus a bonus of an extra 2 dollars every hour if we work all of our scheduled hours per pay period which is normally 88 hours per pay period if were missing 61 minutes out of those 88 hours they take away 2 dollars for every hour worked which sounds fair since those are the rules but they constantly send people home using the excuse that there is a low volume of calls coming in and they have to many people making use miss our bonus differential they take advantage of it so they wont pay us the full amount and i think they need to be reported where can i report them or how can i do something to bring this to the attention of someone that will make this compnay stop ripping and cheating their employees

I know my balance sheet and income statement, but I cant get the cash flow statement to work. I was wondering if there was a website i can go to that will give me the cash flow statement if i enter the balance sheet and income statement.

First of all, thank you to the person who answered my previous Excel question! It was exactly what I needed.

One section of my spreadsheet is % increase/decrease in sales. The equation is:

+(J12-D12)/D12

J12 is sales for June '07
D12 is sales for June '06

#1 When there is a decrease, I change the negative figure to red. I've figured out how to do that, but not in addition to the equation.

#2 Sometimes, last year's sales were zero and the increase/decrease shows up as the error "DIV/0!". I change those to "n/a"...So I'd like to be able to make that automatic also.

So, I have the original equation. I want to have the font automatically change to red when negative. And I want "DIV/0!" to automatically show up as "n/a"....Is this possible?!
