I had made a complaint to the BBB against a vacation package company in which I made a 30 day prior reservation and at the last minute they cancelled it ( and I had paid a for my airline tickets already because my package did not offer it). This is being the second week of the month before the date.
Since I faxed the company a letter explaining why I cancelled (and also the BBB), they decided to cover their tracks a week before I was supposed to go on vacation (yesterday) by saying that my reservation was ready and that they sent it to my email!! That was so low!
When they told me my reservation was cancelled a few weeks ago I even talked to the claims dept. in which they specified I was wrong because they told me I didn't qualify to recieve the reservations at that certain hotel because of my age?!
Any how, how can I get the company from getting away with this "sleezy move" and letting them know that I want them to leave me alone without sounding as pissed off as I'am!
