Public companies are required to have a code of ethics - so if you log onto the parent company's website, you'll generally be able to find the link. For example, go to disney.com and scroll to the bottom and click on corporate - then find the corporate governance link on the left and in there you'll find the code of ethics. You can do this for just about every single public company. After you read a few dozen, you'll see that they're all about the same.
