You can however refuse to go home and stay for your scheduled shift, but it will just get you laid off permanently. Start kissing behinds.

Contact your states Workforce Commission. Type in a search engine "_______(your state) Workforce Commission"
It will give you all your rights and options there.
Also contact the BBB, and find out what Associations your company is affiliated with and notify them.
If you feel that mistreated and feel that laws have been broken or you have been discriminated against, I'd suggest contacting an attorney. Just be prepared with indisputable evidence to back your claim.

Good Luck.

They aren't doing anything illegal - why do you think that you can report them to someone? They are legally required to pay you at least minimum wage, and it sounds like they are doing that.

If they aren't paying at least minimum wage, then you could report them to the department of labor. But if you are getting minimum and just not getting the bonus, you have no legal issue to complain about.

If you feel you are being cheated or treated unfairly, then find a different job.
