I ordered a product over the internet. its been 5 weeks. I called their customer service and no answer, always the answering machine, and they dont reply to emails. what do i do?

Go to the payment processor and file a dispute!. Paypal, or a credit card gateway company. You have 90 days to stop credit card payments and dispute them.

Paypal and other 3rd party vendors have resolution centers to file dispute systems that are effective!

Dispute the charge immediately, in writing, with your credit card company. There should be instructions on the back of your bill on how to do this.
