Ebay FRAUD ALERT!!!! Ebay is not doing enough to protect BUYERS! BEWARE! Please read, I recently was in a fraudulent transaction. I have been doing my own investigation and have found a fraudulent account. I have reported it to ebay and they are doing nothing. I have yet to receive my refund from ebay, which was almost $1000.00. ---EBAY REFUSES to release the information of the criminal
-EBAY REFERS and Transfers there problems to other websites
-EBAY’s customer service is a bunch of kids who can not do anything but transfer you to links and forums

HERE IS WHAT ebay TELLS ME EVERY TIME I EMAILTHEM!!!!

At this time we recommend that you take as many of the following steps
as may be appropriate:

- Contact your seller directly
- Report this transaction to your bank or payment service
- File a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
- File a mail fraud complaint
- Contact law enforcement

I received a $100 savings bond last summer, and my parents said that I could cash it as soon as the bank will allow me to. Do I have to wait one year? Because in that case, I could cash it now. And will I get the whole $100 or just $50? I heard something that you only get half of it? Please answer both questions, thanks =]

I want to setup a Wire Transfer at

http://rapidshare.com/en/premium.html

How safe is a Wire Transfer? Is there anyway they can take more money from me? I don't know anything about a Wire Transfer I know I go to my bank and probably speak with someone and then I ok the Transfer right? Can the company take money money from my account even if I do not setup any more transfers?

I know the company could take my money and not give me an account etc but I am ok with that its only like $30-$100 and not thousands. Also sense the money is not in my currency I am Canadian can I still complete the transfer at my local bank?

Thanks for the info if theres anything else you want to tell me go ahead.

Please just help give me some ideas on what topic to write this essay on. It's for my number one choice school, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, esp. if it's a more obscure or unique topic.
Thank you!

I am looking to go back to college online for an Associates degree in business administration/human resources management. There are thousands of resources on the Internet and I am finding it daunting trying to figure out how MUCH each online program costs.

I am hopeful someone reading this will know of a succinct resource that breaks this humongous list down by pricing.
