I'm a licensed electrical contractor in the phoenix area. We are headed into a slow time and I really need to keep my people busy. If anyone knows of postings where I can find invitations to bid on electrical work, or places where people with construction projects post want ads for electricians, I would like to know. We do free in home estimates, and we guarantee we will beat any licensed electricians written estimate by at least 5%! Let me know if anybody has any good advertising ideas for me. Thanks!

Hi, Im selling yugioh cards, around $0.01 cent a card just $3.95 for S&H. So basically my total profit is around $5. It cost me around $2 for shipping and around $0.50 for the transaction in the paypal. Basically they stole half my profit. Is there any wayz I can maximize this profit. How do I avoid that $0.39 charge per incoming transaction on paypal, because if im selling around 1000 items. They would charge me around 400 bucks and thats just insane. Also I want to ship let say one yugioh card, and I put it in Ultra Pro Deck Protector sleeve and toploader to make sure it wont bent. Can I send it in a regular mail envelope with a $.39 cent first class mail stamp? Or do I have to send it in parcel mail? IM kinda confused in that.

I am asking because we had hail damage on our roof and it need to be replaced. They sent us a check to cover the cost of new shingles and etc., however when the roofers started tearing the old shingles off today, we discovered that there never was any plywood underneath.... It looked kinda like old hard wood flooring (the thin slats of wood) with huge gaps and holes everywhere... The guy had said that he was shocked that our roof hadn't leaked yet. When we called our insurance company to request addition funds... (2500 dollars) they refused to pay and basically said we were on our own.... I have been taking pics of everything, and I was wondering if you can take them to court or not and make them pay it?? We have used the same company ever since we purchased the house (5 years) and have never made any late payments. The only claim ever made to them is now for the roof... What are our rights???? Thanks for your help!!!

Joe paparazzi has just purchased the film studio of a movie company in comedies. He found that the company did not try to estimate the cost of making a movie.Instead ,it just gave the producer a budget and told him/her to make a movie.Mr. Paparazi desires to establish a formal cost estimation system.
What are some of the potential problems that may be encountered in changing from a budget to a cost estimattion movie-making system?

My mother sold a horse to someone. This person gave my mother a $500 deposit and signed a slip stating that she had given this money to my mother as a deposit and outlined what the final selling price would be. Now, she's backing out and threatening to go to court to retrieve her deposit. What is the point in a deposit if people feel they can get them back if they want to back out? Is there any place online that will help define the word "deposit" -- specifically that they are not refundable?

I was fired from my job for basically no reason at all, with no questions asked by my employers, and no chance to appeal. I need to know who, if anyone, I can contact in order to make some sort of complaint. I feel the firing was unwarrented and I am now out of a job (and of course money) until something else comes along. I'm basically looking to make some waves for said company, as other employees have had issues with them as well.
