how many stamps are needed?

does anyone know how many stamps are needed when mailing a ReadyPost Cushion Mailer? its a 10" x 14" if that helps.

Plug the info into the USPS online site below. If it weights more than a pound you may have to pay some extra if it goes more than one zone away. They changed all their charges a little while ago and work like UPS now where some things get added charges for going further distances. It bites! International got much higher to send out also.
