I was fired from my job for basically no reason at all, with no questions asked by my employers, and no chance to appeal. I need to know who, if anyone, I can contact in order to make some sort of complaint. I feel the firing was unwarrented and I am now out of a job (and of course money) until something else comes along. I'm basically looking to make some waves for said company, as other employees have had issues with them as well.

If you are in the US, unless you have some sort of contract you are most likely what's called an employee at will, which means that your employer can fire you without a reason.

If you were fired because of your gender, race or religion, the EEOC would step in. But you don't indicate anything like that.

If you have a union contract, see your union rep. Otherwise, sign up for unemployment compensation and start looking for a new job. You don't have a legal complaint.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, and the other responders give answers that you'll like better. But an attorney will tell you otherwise.

Any employer has the right to fire you for any reason, or no reason at all. The only exceptions to this are race, religion, creed, color, national origin, or family status. Some states also have other protections such as sexual orientation. If you do not feel you were let go based on one of these reasons, then you have no recourse. It sucks.

Write a letter to the Department of Labor, in the state capitol of your state. Be sure to list all the things you do know about the case. They will contact you, for more details.
In the meantime, go to the Unemployment office nearest you, and file a claim for unemployment.
