NPV is usually calculated on FUTURE payments ... so what you are asking fo is a Table of future RPI (Inflation Rates) .....

Sidderent insttitutions may use different assumptions, however if you assume UK rates will be 2.3 to 3.5% you shoudnt be too far out ...
