Depends on where you are in the corporate world, if without a upper graduate degree and wanting to work in the US would say Spanish, if you are looking international would say Mandarin (chinese) As that is the hottest business area in the world right now

Any of the three languages is valuable. A lot depends on your interests and in which part of the world you plan to do business. Japanese is a much harder language to learn. German and French are easier. Each of them can be helpful. However, most business in the world is conducted in English. Nevertheless, you are always at a disadvantage if you don't know the language of the person with whom you are dealing.

None of the above! There is not huge growth in such things as manufacturing or service jobs in any of the countries that speak those languages. First and foremost consider Mandarin (Chinese). Companies are still doing brisk business in Mexico, so Spanish is a good second choice. If your native language is English, you will likely find Spanish easy and Mandarin difficult. (or at least that has been my experience)
