kelly_ka,

You can visit the website www.myob.com.au/supportnotes which provides lots of detailed information about all aspects of MYOB.

If you visit the MYOB website and do a bit of navigating you will eventually find that they sell their own in-house developed training manuals for $32.95. These are the same manuals that they use to deliver their training courses, which cost about 10 times the price. I guess it depends on how you learn and how much you want to spend.

You will be able to download a free trial version of the software at home from the MYOB website. The books are easy to follow, and provide you with a training disc, that you can practise on.

I think they have a chapter example on their website.

You could also look at these manuals which I have taught from and find them to be very good as well. http://www.mbsts.com.au . They are written by a MYOB Certified Consultant and she produces a lot of manuals tackling specific areas, which may be useful for you.

I also think she offers 1 chapter samples on her web site.

You can also play around in the dummy file, under the option EXPLORE when you first open up MYOB. This is Clearwater, and you can do what you want to do in here, it is a working file for over a year.

I hope you have found all that information useful kelly_ka Good Luck in using this fantastic and empowering piece of accounting software!!

Try out these sites. They have some free demo modules. But you won't find the complete thing for free anywhere.
