Im thinking about babysitting, dog walking and pet sitting. How much money should i ask for per hour. Im only 13. I will reward a best answer if u give a long answer.

Too many variables here and a question of experience, 2 kids are worth more than one, and the ages. Better off seeing what they offer and see if you can live with that.
Next expand your horizons add cleaning, basements, garages, cutting grass, washing cars running errands all viable ways to make a few extra bucks. Collect aluminum, brass, copper to take to the recycling center, can make quite a few bucks doing that. Best of luck to you

if thats all at once then (I'm 13 too) id say about 20 per hour cz thats a lot to do
