Guy and I got home together and added a Sunroom onto it. We went our seperate ways, but the only way to sell the house was if we agreed to continue paying on the Sunroom. Guy has yet to make a payment on that. How do I get out of having to pay?

I'm inquiring about starting an IT business. I want to sell whole systems, i am young (like 17) and I have a few certifications (CCNA and A+). Now, I am wondering about wholesale. What is involved with gaining a wholesale account at an IT wholesaler? Is it just you sign up and get parts wholesale? or do you pay a yearly fee? By the way, Im in Australia if that makes any difference.

Regards, Daniel

Though the companies keep records for just five years, does anyone know any sources for older phone records or phone bills? I am trying to find proof that someone called me 20 years ago (don't ask why please) - please let me know if you have any info on obtaining hard-to-find phone bills.

I have been toying with the possibility of opening an alternative music radio station. I was pleasantly surprized by the price of broadcasting equipment, which I expected to be much higher. However, I am having trouble finding out how much it would cost to license a station. Can anyone help?

If anybody works at a Best Buy in New Jersey, I would like to know how much they pay you. Including raises and the different job types. I am looking for something like a sales representative, or like one of those guys that people ask questions for computers. Or even Geek Squad, I am good with computer repairs, spyware/virus removal and all that. I am not A+ certified or anything like that, nor can I prove that I have had any expeirence. Do you think they would promote someone to work at Geek Squad (Double Agent) when they see that you understand pc's very well while working at the store.

More importantly how much can I expect to earn from working there now. I am 17 years old. I do many repairs, but only private jobs. I am looking to get a stable job.

Thanks.

my complaint that I have been mis-sold an endowment mortgage. My contention is that the company have produced a document I have not previously seen illustrating the possibility of negative equity on maturity, which is different from the original I have on file. Now this clearly fraudulent misrepresentation which I have challenged the company on who deny such practice was going on to secure business. I cannot divulge the companies name other than to say they based in Hertfordshire. They have offered me a return of premiums paid plus a derisory level of interest to close the policy as I am some 22 years into the 25 year policy and some £6k on the value and £17k short on projection.

Anyone had the same experience of fraudulent misrepresentation

I have just won a sealed tender to carry out a large extension , however the client has listed all the prices that we submitted against the other two building contractors prices . All the prices are different and I won the contract by a £12 thousand lower bid which I am happy with.

This should be good, but the client has listed out my highest 5 prices and asked me to review them as they are higher than the other builders prices yet overall i am cheaper on all the other 55 items what should i do tell them the price is the price I am cheaper / look at the prices as work of this size is hard to find ? / or is this a sign that they will penny pinch ?

My co-worker about a month ago called my other co-worker a "****". The women she directed it to was not around but I was. I took high offence to those words. I myself am gay so I know what its like to be called such names in a work place environment.

Is this action considered harassment?
Who should I get in touch with? Labor control Board?
If so how do I get in touch with these people.

P.s. My manager says she did everything she could about but since the women did not directly call our coworker a "****" there isn't much that can be done. Although she may not have said it to her but she said it around me. I think that is Harassment on my end.... Am I correct?

I bought a computer from a company that stated the auction to be AS-IS with only stated damage was it was missing the hard drive. When I received the computer it was completely fried. I took it to the local repair shop and they said that all the internals were fried. I feel they used misleading advertising by just stating the hard drive was gonna when really he computer is just a large paper weight. I contacted the company and they told me it was sold AS-IS no refunds. Though at the bottom of the auction they state to contact them with any discrepancy within 7 days of revceiving the item, which i did. the discrepancy is the whole computer is dead. The only good part on it is the case. I paid $300 for the tower which was about right for what it had. It's not likly i was getting some screaming deal and it went sour. I paid fair market value and the item turned out to be junk. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Anything else I should do?

Do we give the deposit back? The person renting our house is moving out early, and has 4 mo. left on contract?
In the state of TN I cannot find and information on what we should do if the person brakes rental contract? Also, in contract it was to be rented to a NON_smoker, yet the woman smoked inside our house. Is that grounds for loss of deposit? Basically she was signed to rent our other house until Sept. 2007. It is only May. Should she get her deposit back?

I am looking to talk with someone about a way I've discovered to deliver food to people anywhere on the planet. Good healthy food that cannot be confiscated by crooked governments and poses no threat to benevolent agencies trying to deliver it. I've gone to major food producers, investors, internationally known stars.....They either say "thanks" with a form letter or just don't return my contact. This will work! Its so simple I'm surprised someone else hasn't done it. Do any of you folks out there know where I might contact someone or some company that could get this ball rolling. Oh, and the government was too busy too.... Its not that the idea isn't good. I just don't think they want to hear.... Please help me.....Little kids and nice parents and old people are starving!

I am an office manager for a company that owns 12 retail stores. I get a pay raise every year. This year my raise was only .60 cents. Does this sound like enough? I work every day, 40 hours a week. Has anyone else ever gotten a small raise like this or no raise at all? I know I should count myself lucky because everyone else here only get .25 to .50 cents, but I would like to know what you think.
