I am trying to find a manufacture name from a UPC code. I understand that the first 6 digits are the manfactures code that is registered to them, however I cant find how to look that up. I have found a few websites that are based off of consumer input, but do not include what im looking for. For example, im looking for 8 71512 01050 0
Where can I get this information?

I have searched there is there are none of the upc's I am looking for. Where does one actually recieve their upc numbers (manufacture part) wouldn't they have a database you can search?
