Guy and I got home together and added a Sunroom onto it. We went our seperate ways, but the only way to sell the house was if we agreed to continue paying on the Sunroom. Guy has yet to make a payment on that. How do I get out of having to pay?

what part of 'agreed to continue paying' is it that you do not understand?

unless you file bankruptcy, you keep paying.

Meanwhile, sue Guy. He agreed to keep paying as well and hasn't done so.

Btw, the buyer(s) were fools. They should have insisted on receiving clean title with no liens other than their own mortgage. Now they have a problem -- you and Guy. If/when you both cease paying the builder (or his banker) likely has a right to seize and sell the whole house to satisfy the debt to him.
