Google it. But it would probably be a better idea to go to a lawyers office. It doesnt take that long. But its something you dont want to mess up on and you want to know all of the rules and be certain of the limits.

There are a variety of online services willing to prepare a general power of attorney for a fee. I suggest doing a Google search of power of attorney online.

To get a general poa for whom? Or do you mean you want to give someone else poa for yourself?

You'd be wise to consult a lawyer on this, since there can be many pitfalls.
